1. 100% BIS Hallmarking Assurance

Every gold item sold at Kanakanjali Jewellers carries an official Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmark, including the 6-digit alphanumeric HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) code. Customers can verify the purity of their jewellery directly using the official BIS Care mobile application.

2. Daily Gold Rate & Transparent Billing

Gold jewellery is billed strictly based on the prevailing market rate of 22K (916) or 18K (750) gold on the date and time of purchase. Every sale is accompanied by a genuine computerized GST tax invoice displaying gross weight, net gold weight, stone weight, making charges, and applicable GST.

3. Custom Orders & Advance Deposits

For custom bridal or personalized jewellery orders:

• An advance deposit is required to confirm the order and book the gold rate as agreed upon.
• Exact delivery schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Minor weight variations may occur due to handcrafting; the final bill will be adjusted according to exact net weight.

4. Old Gold Exchange & Buyback

We accept old gold for exchange or buyback based on accurate purity testing in your presence. Purity deductions and valuation will be explained transparently before finalizing any transaction.

5. Maintenance, Cleaning & Sizing

Kanakanjali Jewellers provides complimentary ultrasonic cleaning and inspection for all jewellery purchased from our showroom. Ring resizing and minor clasp adjustments are performed by our in-house craftsmen at our Sodepur shop.

6. Store Address & Dispute Resolution

All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barrackpore / North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
